Department is to Determine eligibility of all applicants without

Communities
The ACHA owns and manages
property dwelling sites for families as well as elderly citizens
wishing to lease units within our jurisdiction. All of these units
are made affordable by subsidizing the rent. We have 18 elderly
sites with over 1600 units and 17 family sites with over 1500 units.
In order to be eligible for affordable housing through ACHA, the
applicant must qualify under ACHA's occupancy and admissions policies.
