General Information:
The Allegheny County
Housing Authority encourages responses from small firms, minority
firms and firms that have not previously performed work for the
ACHA.
All firms must
submit an original and five (5) copies of their proposal. Proposals
shall be enclosed in two (2) envelopes, inner and outer, both of
which shall be sealed and clearly labeled.
Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered

By submission of a proposal, the offeror
agrees, if its proposal is accepted, to enter into a contract with
the ACHA in the form included in the contract documents for the
contract price and within the contract time indicated in the Request
for Proposals documents. The offeror further accepts all of the
terms and conditions of the RFP.
Proposals will be held in confidence
and not released in any manner until after contract award.
The Allegheny
County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all
offers.

qualified firms/individuals to provide voice telecommunications
services encompassing both local and long distance & phone system
maintenance.

REQUEST

FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES

The
Allegheny County Housing Authority is requesting proposals from
qualified firms/individuals to provide financial consulting services
related to the development and implementation of a central service
cost allocation plan, forecasting (20 year) of operating and capital
funding for the various federal housing programs administered by
the Authority, development of annual operating budgets, preparation
and submittal to HUD of financial statements (Financial Data Schedule),
and other services related to the financial management of the Authority.
