SCOPE OF WORK
GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT: Removal of existing rubber roof, ballast, insulation, stone coping, drains, components indicated, and materials not being reused; Install new PVC roofing, coping metal railing, roof drains, and structural steel for Makeup Air Unit.

MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT: Demolition and removal of existing components indicated, and associated materials not being reused; Installation of a new Makeup Air Unit with associated louvers & ductwork including all necessary cutting/patching, sleeves & supports.

ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT: Demolition and removal of existing electrical equipment, wiring, and associated materials not being reused; Install a new Design/Build Lightning Protection System; Wiring and electrical connections of equipment provided by the Mechanical Contractor - coordinate work with Mechanical Contrractor. All required demolition, cutting/patching, sleeves & supports associated with electrical work.

Each Prime Contractor shall obtain and pay for their respective required permits and inspections.

Perform work of each contract under a seperate stipulated sum contract with ACHA in accordance with Conditions of Contract.

Work of each prome contract is identified on the drawings, in the specifications, and contract documents.

Development and Redevelopment of Affordable Housing and Public Housing in Rankin Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania - Hawkins Village

The Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA) received proposals from qualified real estate developers in August 2019. Pennrose Properties, LLC was selected by a panel of evaluators to begin the process and all necessary services. ACHA will submit a 2019-2020 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Application Submission for the November 15, 2019 Deadline to acquire funding for redevelopment. Hawkins Village Redevelopment is Two-Phase Project will be submitted for consideration.
