Resident Services provides human and supportive services to residents of ACHA. Additionally, we provide technical assistance to Resident Councils and resident leaders in their community building activities.

• Support the residents of ACHA in creating a place to live with a home-life and a sense of neighborhood and community that is equal to or better that that of the general community.
• Ensure residents of ACHA have the best managed human and supportive services available.
• Provide access to resources for economic uplift and to foster healthy family and community life.
