MARCH 16, 2020
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO RESIDENTS:

Dear Residents: As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is becoming a growing concern, we are taking action and making the necessary adjustments with the wellbeing of our community in mind. While there are no confirmed cases at our properties, we want to ensure that our staff and residents are taking proactive measures to assist in minimizing its spread throughout our community. First and foremost, we encourage all residents to follow The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for prevention, self-quarantine, and reporting of Coronavirus. Below are a few guidelines we would like to call to your attention:

To further assist with minimizing COVID-19's transmission in our community, ACHA will be taking the following measures: Increased Sanitization Efforts: High touch areas will be cleaned frequently.

Maintenance Requests: We ask that you do not submit non-emergency work orders if you are sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. We will confirm if anyone is sick in the apartment before completing the request. If you are sick and have an emergency work order, we ask that you notate that at the time of the request and remain in your bedroom when maintenance enters to complete the work order.

Government Recommended Community Quarantine: Should the local government recommend quarantine for our locality, we will re-evaluate all face-to-face services. This will likely affect office hours, maintenance work orders, etc.

We will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation and will notify residents if any additional actions are necessary. For additional information, follow your local news, your local health department, and the CDC 2019 Novel Coronavirus website. If you have any questions regarding the information in this letter, please contact your Management Office by phone or email.
